Referral Compensation Disclosure Policy

At Priority Optimization LLC, transparency and integrity are core to how we do business. This Referral Disclosure Policy explains our relationships with third-party software vendors and service providers that may be recommended as part of our consulting engagements. 

1. Purpose of Disclosure 

As part of our advisory and consulting services, we may recommend technology platforms, tools, or service providers that align with our clients’ operational goals. In some cases, we may have a formal referral, affiliate, or partner relationship with those vendors. 

We believe it is important that you are informed about these relationships and understand how they may result in compensation for Priority Optimization. 

2. Referral and Affiliate Compensation 

If you decide to engage with or purchase from a vendor that Priority Optimization has recommended, we may receive one or more of the following types of compensation from that vendor: 

• Referral fees 
• Affiliate commissions 
• Partner bonuses 
• Revenue share or passive income 

This compensation is provided by the vendor, not the client, and does not impact your pricing or purchasing terms. 

3. Commitment to Objectivity 

All recommendations made by Priority Optimization are based on our professional assessment of your business needs, goals, and operational fit. Our priority is always to offer guidance that delivers value and results for your organization. 

To maintain objectivity: 

• We are happy to disclose which vendors we have referral relationships with. 
• We are willing to provide comparable options where no financial relationship exists. 
• If requested, we will recuse ourselves from final vendor selection or procurement processes where a referral relationship is in place. 

4. No Obligation to Choose Referred Vendors 

Clients are under no obligation to use any vendor we refer. You are free to pursue any vendor, product, or solution that best meets your needs, regardless of our recommendations.

Given our work with clients in healthcare, technology, and service-driven sectors, we remain especially mindful of regulatory guidelines, including: 

• The Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS) 
• HIPAA compliance 
• Ethical standards for procurement and vendor neutrality
